If you’re not satisfied with your portraits, please contact The School Photographer within 7 days of receiving your photos.
We can organise to retake the photographs at our studio during the school holidays, or if this is not convenient, you may request a refund.
A refund is not available if you have received your prints and subsequently downloaded the image to your computer or device.
Complete satisfaction is guaranteed. The School Photographer will refund full payment if all portraits are returned within 10 days of receipt. To organise a refund, simply call us on 1300795850
Please note that purchases made Online after images have been published for viewing cannot receive a refund unless it can be shown that we have sent you the incorrect photo. No refund can be made due to the fact that the image was viewed prior to purchasing (Only applies to Online orders).
