 01  Have your staff and photographers had a Working with Children & police check?

Yes, prior to commencing employment with The School Photographer it is a requirement that all our staff obtain current Working with Children and police clearance.

 

 

 

 02  Can parents order and pay for school photos online?

Yes, we provide a secure online payment system that has been in place for some years now. More and more parents are taking advantage of this easy and convenient way of ordering school photos. It also makes it a lot easier for your school administration office not having to deal with money. Simply visit our website's Order Online section and complete the details required

 

 

 

 03  What method of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, money order, VISA and Mastercard. Credit Card payments must be made online. Cheques are no longer accepted.

We do not provide change for over-payments made on photo day but do provide refunds on over-payments for amounts equal to or over $10.

 

 

 

04  When do parents return their photo order form?

The school should advise parents of when they need to return envelopes by, and who they should give them to.

The School Photographer can provide the school with large envelopes for collection of order forms for each class/year group.

If envelopes were returned to the school prior to photo day, students wishing to purchase photos should have their own envelope made available to hand to the team leader or photographer when having their portraits taken.  We use the order envelope to identify each child. Having the envelope on the day means we already have all the details we require. This reduces pressure, especially on little ones, to tell us their details. 

 

 

 05  Can parents order photos after photo day?

Yes, parents can use our online ordering system to purchase photos after photo day, please note that a late fee will apply. 

 

 

 

 06  Do you offer siblings photos?

Yes, if the school has arranged for sibling photographs to be taken. We provide a separate order form for your school to hand out to parents wishing to purchase family photos

 

 

 

 07  Will you photograph every student?

Yes. The Department of Education require an updated image of all students attending schools across Australia. We take a photo of every child who is presented, whether they are ordering or not.

 

 

 

 08  What can we do if a student is absent on photo day?

We offer a catch up day if requested by the school for portraits and family photos only or alternatively we also offer a studio day to be held on selected days only during school holidays at our office in Seven Hills. Please contact customer service on 02 9674 9824 to book a time. 

 

 

 

 09  Do we receive a copy of all the images taken?

Yes. Your school will be able to download all your photos in various formats via our exclusive secure online Photo Gateway.

 

 

 

 10  Do you offer commission?

Ours sales representative would be happy to discuss commission and/or extra value products for your school.

 

 

 

 11  What else can you offer our school?

We are not just a school photography company. As well as our many complimentary products, we also offer some great promotional and fundraising products for your school. We can provide your school with banners, presentation folders, value posters, prospectus brochures and much more.

 

 

 

 12  When will we receive our photos?

We will endeavour to deliver the finished product within 6-8 weeks unless other arrangements have been made with the school.

This turnaround time is a guide and is dependent on prompt approvals, proofs, names etc from the school.

 

 

 

 

 13  How do parents download their free digital download of their child’s portrait?

A unique code will be attached to every full package purchased (Portrait and Group/Book).

Simply visit our website and click on download image to enter your unique code and receive your image via download.

 

 

 

 

 14  Do you offer a satisfaction Guarantee?

Yes, The School Photographer offers a 100% money back guarantee.  We only deliver photographs we consider to be of the highest standard. 

 

 

 

 

 15  Do you Photoshop or manipulate any of the portraits taken of the students?

It is not standard practice at The School Photographer to alter students for cosmetic purposes.  Requests for digitally altered images must be approved by the school and parent.  Please contact our friendly customer service staff for more information.

 

 

 

 

 16  I want to give feedback on the products and service we have received. 

We value your feedback both positive and negative, and would love to hear about your experience with using The School Photographer.

A feedback form will be left with the school's photo organiser at the end of photo day.

 17  Can we get our sporting teams and any other miscellaneous groups taken?

Yes, this can be either taken on the day or at a later day once teams have been selected.

 18  Can you photograph our formal or event?

 

Yes. Our highly skilled photographers will come to your venue and capture the event with printing options available on the night.
